LOU BACCI GAYOSO

CEO Lou is a businesswomen with experience in Brazil and Spain. After 9 years in one of Brazil’s biggest banks, working at Treasury, Commercial, Credit Card and Private Bank, in 1995 she started a high-end retail chain for pregnant women, kids and babies. She simultaneously held a board position in one of the largest call centers in the country. In Spain, she has a consulting business, helping companies in need to restructuring and grow, creating strategies for their foreign expansion. She has been invited to speak at several high profile events and is actively engaged with adoption and other NGOs. She is an economist from University Cândido Mendes in Brazil. Lou is married and has seven children.

ADRIANO MAESANO

Senior VP, Adriano, is an entrepreneur with experience in various industries: consulting, factory, sports and entertainment, fashion and hospitality. He began his career in Brazil as an auditor of financial institutions, before starting a sports marketing company, developing and managing the internet and marketing activities for one of the biggest soccer clubs in the country. He also managed the commercial area of a factory and founded a premium jeans manufacturing company, which he sold before coming to the US in 2008 to obtain his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He holds a BA in Business Administration from FAAP and a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from ESPM, both among the top business schools in Brazil. He is married and has 5-year old twins.
